Securitay supply officers who undertake receptionist and concierge duties which involve the staffing of concierge stations.

Having a concierge or security receptionist will let your visitors know that the premises is secure and attended at all times – this will give your staff and visitors piece of mind while also putting a regular friendly face to your reception.

Our concierge staff can carry out the following duties:  Issuing passes,Recording visitor details, checking identification locking and unlocking premises, challenging suspicious people, maintaining logs and records, operating computers, switchboard manning, controlling key issue                                                                              

Our staff will always greet visitors in a friendly manner and will be dressed in our Securitay uniforms to ensure any visitors know they are dealing with a member of our team.
All concierge staff are trained to deal with the general public and all have Disclosure Scotland certificates.
